Financials:
Full-time permanent role
$125K package, plus Super

What You’ll Be Doing
MIG and Stick welding on key plant components:
Aggregate bins, weigh bins, conveyors, heavy beams, cement bins
Fabrication and modification of plant equipment to meet standards
On‑site installation of plant, equipment, and infrastructure
Decommissioning old gear and setting up new systems
What You’ll Bring
Safety first, always
Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking)
Ability to pass a custom weld test show us your skills
Confidence reading and working from technical drawings
At least 5 years in steel fabrication, plant maintenance, or similar heavy industry work
Strong work ethic and drive to hit project goals
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Able to work solo or side‑by‑side with the crew
Extra tickets are a big plus: Confined Space, Forklift licence Working at Heights, EWP, Dogman
