JR60123 Senior Manager, NVEG Product Engineering

• Responsible for new product startup and yield improvement for NAND Flash
• Perform electrical failure analysis to understand the root cause of the different yield issues (RMA, Qual fail, System fail)
• Work on test coverage and screen development, calibration and validation for best-in-class quality/coverage and test time optimization
• Work with the with cross-functional engineering team/network and wafer fab process/integration group to address process-related defects affecting product yield
• Utilize state-of-art high-speed equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis
• Provide yield projection for NAND devices, work with Fab and Probe team to ensure yield are updated on MPUP cycles
• Provide product eligibility criteria projection for NAND devices, work with Fab and Probe team to ensure PEC curves are updated on MPUP cycles
• Work on cost reduction by test time reduction activity
• Resolve yield related issues to meet yield target/goal
• Coach, guide, train and mentor teams to meet goals, and KPI.

Requirements:

·         Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

·         Minimum 10 years working experience related to NAND or IC Product Development/Product Engineering.

·         Good understanding of NAND device operation, product development, qualifications

·         Good knowledge of semiconductor processing and device physics.

·         Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools.

·         Excellent Problem solving and Analytical skills.

·         Effective communication and presentation skills.

·         Self-motivated and enthusiastic.

·         Strong leadership characters.
