We’re looking for dedicated expert support to join our team and provide exceptional assistance to help our experts be successful. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for expert inquiries and be responsible for addressing expert needs and ensuring they are satisfied with our resolutions. In addition to that, you will be handling cross-functional ad-hoc projects that can range from data entry to basic analytics. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, empathy, and a knack for handling complex issues in a friendly, professional manner.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate, respond to or escalate tickets to the appropriate teams
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues faced by experts
  • Assist in maintaining documentations of processes
  • Process data for ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and critical thinking is a must.
  • Ability to stay calm and positive when handling challenging expert interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Basic data processing skills
