What can you expect?

  • On completion of the graduate programme, you will report to the Placement Strategy & Portfolio Solutions Consultant and Actuarial Leader, MMB UK and this role will be responsible for supporting regional placement and portfolio solutions initiatives aligned to MMB’s global and regional strategic and growth priorities.
     

We will rely on you to:

  • Assist in the development of new portfolio solutions and innovative offerings, including Facilities (PPAs) and deals

  • Help manage existing portfolio solutions by reviewing, retendering, renewing, or retiring them as needed

  • Support the ongoing strategic review of portfolio solutions to assess their suitability and performance

  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance client value and increase MMB revenue through better engagement with portfolio solutions, focusing on growth, retention, and yield management

  • Review performance metrics and document key performance indicators (KPIs) related to carrier relationships and client service goals

  • Support the development of new products and services in collaboration with insurers for MMB clients

  • Support improving portfolio insights and data quality

  • Analyse claims/utilisation data and identify service improvements

  • Assist with regional leadership reporting and forecasting

  • Contribute to global reporting and forecasting for placement and portfolio solutions

  • Monitor pricing trends and medical inflation trends through surveys

  • Support the creation and implementation of optimised revenue models for MMB’s business units, including Commercial and Corporate

What you need to have:

  • To be eligible for this position, you must have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 in your degree discipline.

  • CRM system skills, including managing contacts and opportunities

  • Well-developed knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel (inc Pivot tables, Formula, Sorting/Filters), Word and PowerPoint

  • Mathematical/Analytical skills

  • Right to Work in the UK (we are unable to provide Visa sponsorship for this role)
