Accenture's Retail Consulting team is seeking a Manager with a solid background in Management Consulting, Client Relationships, Technology Advisory and/ or Supply Chains. You will be a member of our Strategy& Consulting Retail & Consumer Goods leadership team and a key contributor for the growth of our Malmö business and community.  
 
Within the Nordic Retail team, you will take on the role of a trusted advisor to C-level executives, shaping strategy where business and technology converge. We help our clients in a variety of different areas: business innovation, consumer offerings, reinventing product and service portfolios, transforming supply chains and core operations, building rich customer experiences – just to name a few examples. 

Depending on your functional profile, you will work on a broad range of topics, such as growth initiatives, core retail process improvements or more general digital transformations. Experience in working within Sales and Supply Chain management would be highly valued and beneficial for this role.

Requirements: 
 

• You have extensive management consulting/ advisory experience and skills  

• You possess strong knowledge of retail core processes with a preference in Supply Chains 

• You have a commercial orientation and sales understanding, and you have the ability to maintain a business network, while identifying and building new opportunities for our clients 

• You have a keen interest in how technology and data can unlock business value 

• Track record from supporting business transformations 

• You have successfully managed and coached team members in projects  

• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and preferably Swedish) 

• The position requires a Master’s degree from relevant field of study
