MSIG North America continues to grow! 

This position is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support through the integration of a centralized resource center.  Key services include data and financial processing, order fulfillment, document preparations, account maintenance, client services and customer onboarding.

Essential Functions:

Customer Support                                                                                                    

  • Provide shared coverage for centralized Customer Service Line in a professional, accurate and timely manner to address client inquires and/or requests.
  • Timely completion of correspondence to include all claim acknowledgements, adjuster reassignment, benefit notices, authorizations and other communications.
  • Timely setup and distribution of new loss reports to include policy indexing, coverage review, data entry and claim office assignment.

Data Integrity                                                                                                                   

  • Claim coding maintenance to include table maintenance, class code corrections, location code updates, and insured communications.
  • Support data integrity by the setup of replacement claims, transferring of financials, transfer of notes and updating claim status.
  • Support with Operations tasks to include unit stat error corrections, weekly vendor claim reconciliation reports and document distribution support.
  • Works special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience Required: 

Diploma/Degree & Experience

  • High School Degree or G.E.D. with a minimum of one year Customer Service or Data entry experience required.  Prior claims experience is preferable.
