Business Analyst Role:

This role has a key responsibility to help design and drive development of the OA&EP (Organization Architecture & Enterprise Performance) releases, processes, and metrics.  Success in this role requires attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills to meet release milestones, as well as creatively determining approaches to gather and understand user feedback. Primary responsibilities include:

Support release management processes, including: Gathering user requirements, documenting user stories, gathering user feedback on proposed designs/mock ups; Lead User Acceptance Testing and business validation; Support training and change management for each release and as needed

Support user groups in planning for and adopting tool and process changes.

Provide input into the prioritization of changes for releases in partnership with broader team members

Talk to users to understand their needs and feedback and collaborating across various Corporate Functions (Finance, Sales, HR, Legal), and the Business to facilitate process connection points for the purpose of creating improved integrated ways of working.

Be able to create communications and storylines that engage the attention of the intended audience. The person in this role will be expected to facilitate education sessions / demos with various stakeholder groups on the ‘why’ and value of the processes in relationship to the business need; guide stakeholders on how to make connections between data and recommendations/solutions. 

• • Bachelor’s degree with 4 - 10 years of experience

  • Knowledge of system lifecycle, business process design

  • A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones

  • As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc)

  • Ability to create and provide input into executive communications.

  • Experience of creating successful and productive high level working relationships as a means of driving strategy, process design, development and implementation

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the internal and external business environment

  • Aptitude toward or experience with creating change management principles.

  • Excellent standard of written and spoken English
  • Min 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within Accenture or outside
