BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER

Scope

The Brand Activation Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to activate our brand in the Polish market.
You will be responsible for creating engaging consumer experiences and implementing integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, enhance brand loyalty, and increase product sales. 

Responsibilities

  • You will be fully responsible for all Marketing activities in Poland: You will prepare, implement and evaluate the brand plan, including innovation & renovation, portfolio, communication and trade strategy (ATL, BTL, PR, Digital)
  • You will work closely with sales and the global marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency in the brand messaging.  It is your role to ensure that all activation activities align with the brand’s identity, values, and messaging guidelines and that we maintain a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints, including a synchronised execution between ATL and BTL
  • You will leverage the best practice ATL brand activation following global communication guidelines, and share best practices & insights from the market
  • You will develop the Polish portfolio and manage the NPD launch plan, generate insights and assess further potential in cross collaboration with the Global team
  • You will adapt global packaging design to the Polish market & activate them
  • You will manage the complete Marketing budget (including process and PO management) effectively by making data-driven decisions, monitoring campaign performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI and monitor expenditures to stay within budget
  • You will ensure that Capri-Sun excels in digital marketing by leveraging social media, online campaigns, and influencer partnerships in line with the global guidelines and assets.
  • You will track brand performance with household & POS data and share insights and action plans from it.  You will provide recommendations for future activations and campaigns based on data analysis.
  • You will support the sales department in building strategic partnership with existing customers and acquiring new customers with concept selling, and insight-based narrative
  • You will be responsible for mentoring and developing a marketing intern
  • You will manage the relation with our external regulatory agency to be fully compliant with the Polish market

Profile

  • At least 4/5 years experience in consumer marketing in FMCG or another fast paced industry
  • Proven track record in managing brand activation campaigns and driving brand engagement
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing trends
  • Very good project management skills as well as good analytical and communication skills
  • Hands on approach, enjoys operational tasks, stress resistant personality who can make the impossible possible and enjoys working in a fast-changing environment
  • Team-player with a strong hands-on mentality, initial leaderships skills and a flexible working style
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Mother tongue Polish, Fluent in English
