Markets Operations Belfast Overview:

Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business.  We support a wide range of internal stakeholders including Front Office Sales and Trading Desks, Compliance, Legal, Finance and HR; alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.

What you'll do

• Participate in revenue recognition and fee booking process
• Analyse and comment on deal reconciliations and  exceptions reports
• Support deal close-out process, investigate outstanding invoices
• Manage Prospectus delivery report for EMEA region
• Provide ad hoc analysis to the deal teams and Middle Office management
• Participate in value added projects including and not limited to new revenue recognition workflow implementation, performance analysis, implementation and support of new business initiatives, and providing specifications and testing for new technologies
• Work with global as well as regional peers to communicate ideas and solutions to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Escalate all issues in a timely manner and oversee client and business ad-hoc queries and requirement.
