We are looking for an entrepreneurial Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founders and Senior Leadership Team to drive high-impact initiatives across the business. You'll play a pivotal role in evolving the company’s strategic vision, offering a great exposure to leadership and decision-making processes. This opportunity is for a builder - someone who is comfortable with the unknown and ambiguity, can make things happen and wants to make an impact. People previously in this role have graduated to building and leading new revenue streams and departments and heading strategic functions across commercial and product.

This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be working alongside our successful three time founders and global team to drive the digitalization of air freight and logistics in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here: 

• Be the right hand to the SLT (Senior Leadership Team)

• Drive ad-hoc cross-functional SLT projects, such as but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects to deliver results and ensure alignment for key initiatives by effective collaboration with stakeholders 

  • Analyse operational data to surface insights and recommendations for the SLT to make sound decisions.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for the company, leadership, and the Board as required.

  • Take ownership of our company’s OS, including selection and implementation of software, to enhance the efficiency, speed, and performance of our remote team.

  • Support the management of our current and future investor relationships

🕵 We are looking for individuals with:

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced and high-performance work environments like VC-backed start-ups or top-tier consulting 

• Exceptional numerical and data analysis skills, including advanced excel and SQL and an interest

• Extensive project management experience leading key company wide initiatives

• Demonstrates a proactive, low-ego attitude with ownership of tasks, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to influence without authority across departments, make a great business case and convince people to help you execute

• A demonstrated ability to apply new technologies to solve problems
