U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Product Manager in Atlanta, Georgia.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will be responsible for developing vision and an associated roadmap to deliver enhancements and optimization for the Enterprise Money Movement application. This role will lead a team to visualize, strategize, prioritize, implement, and measure our impact and growth of Money Movement Platform, to maximize platform and product value to the bank. Responsibilities include: leading a development team in an agile environment to deliver roadmap and products from initial concept through to deployment and into production operation; collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to define product capabilities and experience; sound knowledge in core payment processing modules like transaction processing,

parsing, validations, rule engines, charges, account postings, settlement, payment routing, message formatters, and status messages; integration of the payment hubs with core banking systems, fraud and risk systems, sanctions screening, and money movement rails (TCH, FedNow etc.,); knowledge in multiple payment formats and standards such as SWIFTMT and

ISO20022 formats; establishing, monitoring, and maintaining cross-departmental communication about how product work is prioritized and managed, as well as how key metrics are performing; partnering with capability managers, delivery managers, architects, scrum masters, business lines and other product managers to evangelize the best solutions and facilitate

execution across various stakeholders; monitoring and reporting system scalability, reliability, and performance metrics to key stakeholders; working collaboratively across BLs / Functions to define, sequence, and execute the Money Movement Platform roadmap; and owning, writing, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog. Basic Qualifications:

Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications or a related technical field plus 2 years of related payments industry experience.

Required Skills/Experience:
Must possess 2 years of experience with: translating business requirements into robust, scalable designs and driving proper change control through the life cycle of a project; collaborating with business area experts to identify solutions and with technical individuals to design solutions; cost/benefit analysis and preparing business cases for projects; implementing refinement, and ongoing monitoring of client products; financial product development in an agile environment; integrating and implementing banking regulatory requirements; ACH; WIRE; RTP; ISO2022; ISO8583; SWIFT; and GPP-SP.
