Global Trade Compliance Leader

Join our team as a strategic expert in international trade compliance and project execution.

The Role

We're seeking a Global Trade Compliance Leader to develop and execute import/export strategies for complex international projects. You'll serve as our subject matter expert, ensuring all activities comply with global trade regulations while supporting cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute Strategies: Create comprehensive import/export strategies aligned with international trade regulations and project goals
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee all trade activities across regions, verify contracts, and manage regulatory risks
• Drive Communication: Proactively inform stakeholders of trade restrictions, regulatory updates, and actionable next steps
• Collaborate Strategically: Partner across departments to establish effective trade activities and resolve complex compliance challenges

What We're Looking For

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of customs regulations, clinical trial requirements, and global regulatory frameworks
• Experience: Background in drug development, supply chain, clinical trials, and working with global virtual teams
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities; strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Mindset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with ability to work in matrix environments

Base Pay Range for Poland: 200,000 - 300,000 PLN gross annual​

Actual salaries may vary within the range based on several factors including, but not limited to education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location.

In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for participation in Parexel’s annual performance-based bonus plan, annual salary review and total rewards incentives.

Our talent acquisition team will provide additional details on our bonus plan or incentive programs for those eligible roles.
