This role will handle a high volume of performance management and employee relations cases, requiring the ability exercise sound judgement and decision making, while rapidly adjusting priorities. Implementing and adhering to best practices to ensure consistency with all cases.

Job Description:

Your Day to Day:

- Coach managers on individual & team performance and professionalism
- Partner closely with legal team on routine & complex employee relations issues 
- Support HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards) in leading local manager training, employee on-boarding and site engagement activities
- Champion of site engagement by partnering with site leaders on culture activity, diversity & inclusion initiatives and solutions to enhance the employee experience
- Together with the business-aligned HRBPs, you’ll support business reorganizations and restructures
- Deliver anecdotal and analytical insights
- Develop and document processes to establish a site HR Business Partner playbook

What do you need to bring

  • Effective communicator who can collaborate with partner groups inside and outside of HR

  • Empathetic individual who can coach employees and managers through complex situations

  • This candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience.  You don’t need experience in all of the areas above, but you must have strong background in US employee relations

  • The successful candidate will have experience supporting a large customer operations / customer service center

  • Experience with SalesForce and Workday is preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience
