Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage operation including duties of the team, handling guest inquiry, quality control, service excellence, attraction maintenance, etc and ensure the attraction experience is delighting to guest

  • Drive and maintain friendly and welcoming service to all guests and able to provide various solutions to meet different customer expectations

  • Organize information including visitation records, guest feedbacks and comments, operational incidents, sales performance in a detailed, presentable, and accurate manner in all aspects of behaviors, actions, attitude and appearance

  • Fully comprehend MGM and its arts and culture mission and vision, and present its milestones and interpret the artworks in the property convey this vision, while ensure the operation of the attraction and various activities supports it

  • Conduct training and coaching part time staff or related stakeholders regarding the attraction, MGM and various activities

  • Help develop promotion including advertisement and media relations strategy through a mix of channels and build connections to increase MGM visibility and help on press releases and promotional materials and pitches

  • Work with Sales team to help achieve sales goal of the attraction on both individual and group segments, able to initiate various sales tactics to drive sales across all sales channels

  • Participate in various events and projects, from concept, planning, execution, installation and dismantle, and continual improvement

  • Conduct research and presentation when required 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in event, marketing, or hospitality and guest service

  • At least 6 months experience worked as Art Guide Docent

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in communications, events, hospitality or related discipline

  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and resourceful with problem solving skills

  • Mature personality with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong time management and organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without comprising quality

  • Strong attention to detail, able to work accurately while meeting tight timeline 

  • Must be able to work in various shifts including weekday and holidays

  • Major or with experience in event, marketing, hospitality, and guest service, with proactive attitude and good presentation skills is preferred

  • Capable to use software for administrative procedures, and able to learn computer software, ticketing platform, analytics tools for analyzing performance of the attraction and propose relative selling tactics

  • Proficient in Business Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) and Business English, spoken and written. Other languages will be a plus

  • Eager and interested to develop in hospitality, Arts, Culture and Technology industry
