What you will do

Assist sales team with various administrative tasks.

How you will do it

Salesforce:

  • Assist Sales Managers in managing leads, creating reports, and follow up on outdated records.
  • Case creation for legal, Salesforce, credit approval, and other system Support

Contract Accounting:

  • Support the Contract Booking Process for the sales teams.

Sales Support:

  • Aid in the preparation of customer proposals. Maintain branch resume database for use in proposals.
  • Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations, letters, spreadsheets, and miscellaneous projects.
  • Support branch admin in ensuring current stock of sales supplies and brochures.
  • Monitor email on jobs that are rejected or placed on hold.
  • Resolve jobs on hold within 24 hours.
  • Act as a liaison between sellers and customer care team or other business team to assist in resolving customer issues.
  • Attend backlog meetings with sales managers and installation team managers / coordinators.
  • Interact with customers to secure contracts and agreements.
  • Facilitate the update call lists and alarm codes and validate completion when done.
  • Help with customer service requests such as scheduling webinar trainings or enrolling in new sites.
  • Collaborate with business domains to help customers navigate to the correct internal contact
  • Report to local sales manager and domain program leader

General Support:

  • Provide customer support in sales absence.
  • Take/forward message to sales personnel as requested by customers.
  • You will also be assigned general office administration duties: ordering supplies, answering phones and any other tasks as directed.

What we look for:

Required

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Security, Fire , IT or sales industry.
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior-level executives within the customer and Johnson Controls organizations.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule.
  • Proficient with MS Office and related technology.

Preferred

  • College degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce.

Salary Range: $50,70- 69,800 (Final salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
