We are seeking an attorney to manage all legal and regulatory affairs of Anchorage Digital Bank, including its affairs with affiliate entities. Through legal research, keeping abreast of regulatory and policy developments, and your own regulatory analysis and interpretation, you will use your background in bank regulatory law and passion for the digital assets industry to help us better serve our institutional clients and advance the industry.
As a Member of Legal, Bank (Senior Counsel, Bank Regulatory), you will be an integral member of the legal team, providing strategic, actionable advice to internal stakeholders. You will identify relevant laws and regulations and advise on regulatory risk in the areas of banking law and nascent regulatory issues related to digital assets.
