Medical Assistant- Children's Oncology Center- Full Time- Days

Medical Assistant performs a variety of clinical and clerical functions, in accordance with established policies and procedures, to assist the practitioners and management in daily office operations. 

This is a position at New York Presbyterian/ Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. You’ll work with the brightest minds in healthcare to make tomorrow better for countless human beings. It requires an unwavering commitment to excellence and a constant spirit of professionalism.

Preferred Criteria

• Medical Assistant experience within a healthcare setting.
• Current Medical Assistant Certification (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification through AAMA, AMT,NHA or NCCT
• Epic Experience
• Bilingual

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
• A minimum of one year medical assistant experience or internship in a physician  practice
• National Medical Assistant Certification
