TD SYNNEX Maverick is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Audio Video & Unified Communications & Collaboration portfolio in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and business plans for AV&UCC business
• Develop strong relationships with top partners
• Support Sales Managers and Inside Sales with pipeline creation, deals, pricing and product expertise
• Collaborate closely with the Technical/Solution Architects on customer projects
• Lead marketing activities, events, and go‑to‑market initiatives
• Build and strengthen vendor relationships while increasing TD SYNNEX market share
• Travel regularly for vendor and customer meetings

Profile Required

• 5–10+ years of experience in the Polish IT channel (UC/C or ProAV highly preferred)
• Strong network with vendors, distributors, and partners
• Proven background in business development, vendor management, or product management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Self-driven, analytics and strategic skills,  able to operate autonomously
• Fluent in Polish; good command of English
• Good command of MS 365 Tools (XLS, PowerPoint)
