Role Summary

Responsible for delivering solutions and enhancements for assigned product environment. Incumbents help define business requirements, create application and process specifications, coordinate with delivery teams, and ensure that work is prioritized by business value and in alignment with the overarching business and technical strategies. May have dual reporting relationship to technology and to business/functional unit management. May write or update coding as applicable to the assigned product environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the definition and assessment of complex or enterprise-wide business needs
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to business partners, internally and externally, to understand their goals and objectives on a regular basis
  • Understands and connects business strategy with technology strategy to recommend optimal solutions in partnership with enterprise architects and engineering managers
  • Ensures a lean agile mindset is applied across an entire business domain, portfolio, or business function
  • Designs business workflows across a set of application or business domains
  • Works on initiatives with high complexity and often high volume, such as a large, diverse number of applications or across a business domain
  • Builds a wide, active network and engages/ leverages/activates it as needed
  • Is the subject matter expert and improves the overall understanding within their wider team to drive better business outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.

Base salary ranges:

$158,500.00 - $270,500.00 for the location of: California, New York
$140,000.00 - $239,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$127,000.00 - $216,500.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the roleBase salary is only one component of our total compensation packageEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
