Currently we are looking for Associate Director, EUIT – Product Management
accountable for driving the success and delivery of cross-functional finance transformation, leveraging emerging technologies — with a strong focus on AI — to redefine and re-engineer end-to-end business processes across all Finance business functions: FP&A, Business Partnering, Global Specialty Finance, GFS and GC, Group Internal Audit (GIA), Investor Relations, and Corporate Ventures.
The role creates a compelling cross-finance product vision and drives business value through emerging technology adoption. This position bridges Finance business operations, IT with internal global groups such as EAI and GBS and the external innovation ecosystem, blending a product-focused approach with agile methods and structured change management to consistently deliver value and ensure that technology strategies match Finance's strategic objectives.
This role leads change for business process redefinition and re-engineering under the joint sponsorship of the IT Business Relationship Manager and the Senior VPs of each Finance area. It also supports and grows the AI Champion Community in Finance, provides visibility on AI tools and emerging technology opportunities, and manages relationships with external technology partners to create continuous innovation for Finance business processes.
You'll work in Enabling Units IT, in our Finance capability. It’s an exciting time to join us, as we set out on our journey to provide the “Best IT for the BioPharma Industry”. Our goal is to position IT as a strategic-enabler and we do this by focusing on close business partnership, defining and executing business-aligned strategies, and finding and developing the best IT talent in the industry. You will lead the cross-finance emerging technology product portfolio, working directly with AZ Senior Finance leaders, our business relationship managers, the AI Champion Community and external innovation partners.
