Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner for SAP HCM Payroll, you will be responsible for tracking and managing project management office activities, monitoring and managing deliverables, and reporting on execution. Your typical day will involve supporting projects in the Technology Delivery Centers and ensuring successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Track and manage project management office activities for SAP HCM Payroll projects. - Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of deliverables. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. - Provide support for projects in the Technology Delivery Centers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Experience in project management and project coordination. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in program and project management or a related field. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
