On-Site Position

Compensation: $60 - 70K/year (Depending on experience level)

The IT Specialist supports the MNCC program by providing day-to-day technical and administrative support to ensure personnel have the systems access, equipment, and resources needed to perform their duties effectively. This role is part of a cross-functional IT/Admin team supporting operations across three locations: Millington, TN; San Diego, CA; and Virginia Beach, VA.

The team is responsible for maintaining accountability of more than 350 assets and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues, manage access requirements, and support onboarding activities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
