About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will have prior compliance experience dealing with trading and derivative products in fintech/digital assets and/or financial services industries.  You will work closely with our Trading, Product, Risk, Operations, Legal and the rest of the Compliance team to further mature our trade compliance program, controls, and processes to monitor all trading practices and drive market integrity, fairness and transparency.  This will include developing a robust compliance framework for our expansion into derivative licenses and relevant obligations.

At your core, you will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, process-driven environment and be able to adapt and adjust to business and regulatory changes on-the-fly.  You must also have strong prioritization skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.  Most importantly, you will drive results and significantly grow and improve the compliance, governance, and controls framework of our trading capabilities.
