This is an opportunity to support high-priority work across the Office of the CEO and the business performance portfolio. The Senior Analyst will provide data-driven insights, performance reporting, and analytical support to help inform decision-making and advance key business priorities. Working with stakeholders across the organization, this role contributes to monitoring business performance, coordinating reporting activities, and preparing materials for leadership discussions. Through this experience, the successful candidate will gain exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives, senior leadership priorities, and opportunities to develop their analytical and business acumen.
Position Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
Support the preparation of executive presentations, briefing notes, and leadership communications for the Office of the CEO and business performance portfolio.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to collect information, coordinate deliverables, and support ongoing initiatives.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, data quality, and performance tracking practices.
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, finance, strategy, project coordination, or a related field.
Experience using analytical and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Experience analyzing data and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executive-level reporting and presentations.
Experience with business performance management, KPI reporting, or portfolio reporting.
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between
$73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
