We are seeking a Product Analyst to join the MTS Product Development team in MTS’s London office to support product development across the MTS fixed income offering,.

The role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their product management and product development skillsets. They will work closely with the Head of Regulatory Product Development and other stakeholders across the business to become an integral part of the MTS Product Development team.

The Product Analyst will be responsible for collating business requirements, drafting change requests, and working with internal teams and  Clients to test and release product updates.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organised, and process-driven, with excellent follow-through capabilities. They should be a confident communicator who can effectively coordinate between clients and internal teams. A genuine interest in fixed income markets, electronic trading, and regulation is essential. Any prior experience in product development or regulation would be advantageous but not required.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the Head of Regulatory Product Development in gathering business and regulatory requirements, drafting change requests, and working with internal teams and customers to test and release product updates.
• Carry out research and prepare succinct summaries on regulatory and product developments. Explore the application of generative AI tools to consume relevant external documentation and to produce this research.
• Develop good understanding of the MTS fixed income offering and strong awareness of the competitor landscape.
• Carry out data analysis based on internal and external data sets to support product development decisions and to inform customer presentations.
• Draft presentations about product developments for internal and external audiences.
• Work with the technology team to deliver the necessary developments across the MTS technology systems.
• Work closely with the sales team to support both internally and externally in the communication with and to our members.
• Assist the sales operations and marketing teams in the creation of content relevant for client presentations, marketing literature, conferences and the MTS social outlets and website.
• Represent MTS in industry forums and conferences.
