Do work that matters:

As an Analyst in the CE&D Centre of Excellence team, you will help accelerate our strategic agenda and initiatives (Big Rocks). This role will report to Senior Strategy Manager and will be responsible for providing support across CE&D initiatives and forums, including Digital, Yello and customer comms.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work proactively, drawing on your own judgement and input from your manager and other relevant stakeholders across CE&D.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Structure problems, define and facilitate plans of actions to solve them
  • Prepare material and conduct research to support strategic decision making and high-impact discussions
  • Undertake analysis and monitor of key metrics to track and report on our progress against our NPS and strategic goals
  • Support the annual strategic planning process, and quarterly business reporting for CE&D
  • Support initiatives to drive culture and team engagement across CE&D.
  • Manage and own team resources (e.g. SharePoint sites, SOPs etc) and artefacts (e.g. roadmaps)
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct, which sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills and innovative thinking
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Key time management skills and ability to ensure complex projects are delivered in a timely manner.
  • High level of computer literacy including sound skills in: PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Tertiary qualified or studying towards a Commerce/Business/Finance degree
  • Experience in Retail Banking/Consulting / Strategy / Digital is an advantage
  • Experience with producing Digital Strategy Analytics and Reports (desirable)
