Job Description
Director, Market Access & Insights, DHH India Capability Hub
Our Digital Human Health (DHH) organization is redefining how we understand patients, providers and markets, leveraging digital, data, analytics and AI to drive more precise, faster and impactful decisions across the product lifecycle. As part of this ambition, we are entering a phase of heightened complexity and scale in Market Access & Insights (MAI), driven by multiple upcoming launches, evolving access and pricing dynamics, MFN implications and emerging customer models. This requires MAI to evolve to an integrated, AI-enabled, insight‑driven and transformation‑enabled capability.
The Director, Market Access & Insights (India Hub) will play a pivotal leadership role in this evolution, strengthening leadership presence in India while driving capability transformation and deeper alignment with global stakeholders. This role will ensure the organization can navigate portfolio‑level trade‑offs, scale sustainably and embed AI‑enabled ways of working in a rapidly changing environment.
The role sits on the MAI Leadership Team and the India Hub Delivery Leadership Team, partnering closely with Global Market Access (GMAX), Payer Marketing, franchise teams and DHH capabilities. The position reports to the Executive Director, DHH India Hub Delivery and would be based out of Pune or Hyderabad with international and domestic travel as required by business.
