Our Business Performance Improvement solution is seeking a Senior Manager to join our growing team.
What You Can Expect:
As a Senior Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to identify and manage finance transformation opportunities. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Demonstrated experience with:
Finance strategy development and processes improvement
Supporting companies in their Finance Transformation journey
Effectively using Oracle, SAP, Microsoft or other related offerings to solve companies’ business problems
Successfully completing full life-cycle implementations
Assisting clients in the implementation and/or support of ERP solutions
Help clients rethink their Finance functions as they leverage new technology in conjunction with their ERP platform
Analytics / strategic decision support
Finance business partnering
Identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement
Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting/Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or similar); Graduate degree preferred
7+ years relevant prior Finance Transformation and/or similar experience; prior consulting experience preferred
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft 365, and/or Workday
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$120,000.00 - $192,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.
14%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$136,800.00 - $218,880.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
