We are looking candidate for Hyderabad & Chennai locations

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager with expertise in Chiller installations and Chiller Plant Management (CPM) to oversee and manage HVAC-related projects, especially those involving chiller systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of HVAC installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting with a focus on chillers and cooling systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in HVAC project management or a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in chiller installation and chiller plant management (CPM).
• Strong knowledge of chiller systems, including centrifugal, screw, and reciprocating chillers, as well as associated cooling systems.
• Experience in Chiller Plant operations, including energy management, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, local building codes).

Preferred Qualifications:
