What you will be doing:
The Senior Analyst Business Operations will play a crucial role in developing, monitoring, and assessing key revenue performance indicators ensuring the financial health of the assigned service line and organization. This role will collaborate daily across all levels of the organization and is expected to have a broad understanding of service line financial data and offerings. This individual will manage and assist with operational items necessary to ensure completeness and accuracy surrounding financial and operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations – 30%
Maintaining PSA budgets, overseeing billable transactions, and updating project milestones
Forecasting and monitoring project resource time in Workday
Reconciliation of project milestones and tracking of net revenue and expenses
Promoting consistency across business unit for items above
Collaboration with the revenue, legal and contracting teams to assist with writing SOW’s, providing feedback on customer contracts and the creation/maintenance of engagement specific margin models
Providing subject matter expertise to service line leadership and project staff
Conducting internal customer support and training where needed
Collaborate with FP&A team on bookings, staffing, revenue, and expenses
Data Analysis – 30%
Review/perform analytics, interpret data and present findings to service line leadership
Provide requested ad-hoc information to finance teams
Create process deliverables (e.g., reconciliations, financial analysis, communications)
Document and track service line strategic initiatives
Project Management – 30%
Develop individual project plans and work plans that entail all details of the project to include timelines, milestones, tasks, resources, risk assessment and fiscal impact to starting project and monitor those areas during the engagement
Maintain master project and staffing listing for service line
Identify and resolve complex project issues
Assist stakeholders in achieving business objectives
Operational and Administrative Support – 10%
Assist with operational and administrative items as needed
Create and maintain training documentation and conduct training sessions for new hires, onboarding processes, time tracking, expense reports and other items as necessary
Create and maintain presentation and reporting support for leadership team as needed
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 4 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)

3+ years of experience in a financial operations role
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
