About the Role
As a Senior Analyst on the US Marketplace Item Setup and Catalog Strategy team, you will support the development and execution of initiatives that improve both customer and seller experiences, ultimately driving growth for Walmart Marketplace. This is a dynamic opportunity to help shape and implement high-impact programs through data insights and strategic thinking.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and outcome-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for solving complex problems in scalable ways.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform decision-making
• Support development of strategic programs and assist with execution planning
• Create and maintain clear, actionable reporting to support cross-functional teams
• Partner with stakeholders across technical and business teams to align priorities and drive business outcomes
• Leverage industry trends and research to inform marketplace strategies
• Operate with excellence and represent the Marketplace team with professionalism and clarity

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in business management, operations, project management, or a related field
• 2 or more years of experience in data analysis with the ability to translate findings into recommendations
• Experience in eCommerce or marketplace environments
• Strong analytical and communication skills with proven ability to collaborate cross functionally
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, analytics, or a related field
• 3 or more years of experience in eCommerce or digital business environments
• Proven experience leading cross functional projects and influencing stakeholders
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI
