What is the role?

You will help oversee and develop the Ticket Office function to run efficiently and effectively whilst being passionate to deliver excellent customer service and drive the standards of the office.

What will you be doing?

You will be assisting the Ticket Office Manager in the day to day running of the team to ensure we have suitable staff in place with the correct knowledge and up to date information.  This will also include supervising the day-to-day phone lines and ticket windows, ensuring these are efficiently and effectively staffed in terms of personnel and knowledge.

You will also be the first point of escalation, having the autonomy to make decisions on behalf of the Ticket Office Manager, and supervise the Matchday Box Offices, ensuring a seamless experience for all fans. You will also ensure that each member of staff is trained to the right standards and delivers high customer service to our supporters.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Giving regular feedback to staff and management on performance.
  • Developing ideas and plans to continue evolving the ticketing function in the right direction.
  • Being part of the process to help plan, organize and execute outbound call campaigns.
  • Being part of the Ticketing core team.
  • Building good working relationships with all stakeholders, including other departments of the business.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • 2-years of experience within a supervisor role.
  • Has an ability to upsell and promote.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Ability to mould together a team.
  • Ticketing System experience.
