Job Description

The ideal candidate, graduated in law, is interested in or has already some very first experience of banking transactions but also structured finance, general corporate loans and trade finance will be taken into consideration. Interest in the area of real estate and M&A transactions (in particular in the energy and infrastructure sectors) will be supportive as well.

Main tasks in which the candidate may be involved:

  • Assisting in delivering advice
  • Working in (local and international) teams of lawyers
  • Making law researches and case law studies
  • Working on a range of specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance and general corporate loans
  • Advising on shipping and maritime issues and law
  • Advising on the development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad

Skills and Experience Required

  • Graduated in Law
  • Fluent in English is a must; good knowledge of a third language is a plus
  • Passion for client service
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical and drafting skills
