We are looking for a top-tier technical leader to own the global architecture, engineering, and reliability of our enterprise physical security platform (Lenel OnGuard).

  • Drive platform modernization, upgrades, and performance optimization
  • Define and enforce security, compliance (SOX), and operational standards
  • Architect integrations and data flows across enterprise systems
  • Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions
  • Lead vendor strategy, licensing, and support agreements
  • Build and mentor a high-performing global support capability

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience leading technical programs in security, infrastructure, and enterprise IT
  • 5+ years of deep expertise in Lenel OnGuard (Enterprise-level, certified required)
  • Proven experience owning large-scale, global security platforms
  • Strong background in system architecture, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience handling critical escalations in complex enterprise environments
  • Working knowledge of networking, servers, and SQL
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate cross-functionally

What Sets You Apart

  • You’ve been the go-to escalation point for mission-critical systems
  • You think in systems and architecture, not just tickets
  • You can balance operational stability with transformation
  • You lead through expertise, not hierarchy

Reality of the Role

  • High ownership, high expectations
  • You will be called when systems fail globally
  • You will shape how the platform evolves for years
