ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Content Coordinator partners with the Content Strategy Manager to plan, prepare, and coordinate website & app content updates. This role is responsible for developing clear content briefs, organizing required assets in appropriate formats and sizes, and assigning updates to the Website Operations team for execution. By managing launch readiness and cross-functional handoffs, this role ensures website updates are aligned, complete, and ready to go live on schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop content briefs for upcoming launches and initiatives.
  • Support content planning and coordination across digital platforms including web, mobile app, social, paid media & email.
  • Assist with preparing and adapting visual assets to support various channels.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support aligned and timely content delivery.
  • Help organize and maintain launch-related documentation and materials to support visibility, knowledge-sharing, and future reference.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to support early-stage content exploration, ideation, and workflow efficiency within established brand and review processes.
  • Assist with personalization and testing initiatives by supporting organization and preparation of content variations.
  • Support the sharing of launch information, briefs, and updates across teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Cross-training other roles in the department to assist where needed.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently; Highly computer literate
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage work across teams with competing priorities.
  • Comfort working with visual content and supporting creative workflows, including basic image preparation.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and an interest in how emerging technologies support content and marketing workflows.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in Communications, English, Fashion Merchandising or Marketing preferred.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content, or a related field (internship experience may be considered as supplemental).

The pay range for this role is $70,500 - $75,000/yr USD.
