Main Responsibilities
- Manage Controls projects from handover through final acceptance.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
- Act as the primary operational contact for customers during project execution.
- Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, functional descriptions and project deliverables.
- Support commissioning activities and resolve technical issues when required.
- Monitor project financial performance, including variations, additional works and margin protection.
- Ensure compliance with Johnson Controls EHS, quality and operational processes.
- Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Profile
- Proven experience in project management within Building Automation, BMS, HVAC controls or industrial automation.
- Strong technical understanding of automation systems, control architecture and field devices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent French / English required.
- English professional level preferred.
- German is considered an advantage.
- PMP, IPMA or equivalent project management certification would be beneficial.
