You work with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services.

How you will contribute

You will offer your support on issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers. In addition, you will support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and see business projects through to completion. You will also contribute to operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met and by sharing best practices and supporting the super key user community.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

The Data management Business Partner is a key role in master data organization. The role is accountable for providing expert master data knowledge and plays a vital role in maintaining and increasing the skill set of the master data community as well as driving best practice in data processes over a wide range of data stakeholders across the region.

This function is also responsible for front-office, back-office business partner management for the assigned master data domains and applicable functions/countries/categories and manufacturing plants.

Job specific requirements:

• English Proficiency mandatory and any applicable local languages
• Min. 2 years of master data experience. Relevant industry master data experience will be a plus.
• Min. 2 years of business experience in a functional area’ s of finance/supply chain, etc.
• Good knowledge of key systems and tools used in master data:
  • SAP master data maintenance, query skills
  • S4HAHA is a plus.
  • MDG experience is a plus.
  • Power BI, Tableau, or other data analytics skills is a plus.
  • GS1/GDS experience is a plus.
• Good and proactive communication
• Stakeholder management and influence
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Presentation skills
