In your new role as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME), you will be responsible to perform rectification, servicing, maintenance and certification of Company and Client airlines, aircraft and equipment to ensure work performance meets/exceeds departmental and customer expectations.
The successful candidate will:
Hold a CASA rated Licence on B738 and A320 (preferred)
Extensive Aircraft servicing experience on various aircraft in the Qantas Base/Line Maintenance environment
Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement principles
Proven ability to problem solves, when under pressure
A valid driver’s licence and the ability to hold a Red ASIC card
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff within Qantas and other customers
Thorough knowledge and understanding of QE maintenance procedures
Commitment to be a customer focused-team worker, with flexibility and willingness to undertake other reasonable duties as required.
