Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This position deals front line with the customer and must always represent the company and our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity.  ​

  • Primary internal contact for the customer and (dedicated) sales representatives from various regions for all process around quoting, order management and product / delivery information.
  • Responsible for receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders and requests in a timely manner with emphasis on accuracy and professionalism 
  • Creates and administers quotes based on the instruction of the Sales Representatives
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Provides accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Be able to manage large amounts of chats, emails, and other communication channel
  • Phone duty - answers telephone calls assuring the highest possible availability on the phone
  • Handles customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Performs other responsibilities/duties that may be assigned

Job Requirements:

What will you bring?

  • Experience in Customer service is preferred
  • Native level of French and fluent level of English language (C1)
  • Customer centric approach
  • Excellent communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive)
  • Always maintains a positive and friendly tone with customers
  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
  • Dental experience will be an advantage
  • Good organizational and administrative skills, able to multi-task, prioritize and manage workloads
  • Outstanding commitment, reliable, flexible, and able to work in a team
  • Ability to operate computer systems with accuracy and efficiency (Oracle, CRM & Excel)
  • Ability to work onsite 3x/week.
