Position Overview:

Insulet Corporation is one of the fastest growing medical device companies thanks to the global success of the Omnipod® Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes.

This role is part of the International Marketing and Sales Excellence (IMSE) team.  The person will work in close collaboration and across the HCP Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Sales Excellence teams.  This person will also build and contribute to a strong team culture focused around commitment, inspiration, passion and achievement.

The Launch Readiness Manager will be responsible for developing the downstream plans needed to deliver the global launch rollout program, partnering with key global teams (Franchises, Project Management, Global Commercial Operations & Global Marketing Excellence), the IMSE “Launch Team”, and the Country Teams.

Initial focus will be on the launches of Omnipod 5 across the International region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the downstream (marketing & sales excellence) plans to deliver strong launches across the International region – highlighting potential issues/risks to successful delivery of the downstream plan & identifying solutions to close these.
  • Stakeholder management around the downstream launch plans, outlining status, health, highlighting support needed & communicating recommendations to ensure strong delivery.
  • International co-ordination of the downstream launch activity through partnership with the Global, Regional & Country teams, working to ensure a clear plan is in place for how all the downstream activity is developed & delivered to the markets.
  • Lead the prioritization of downstream activity (across functions & teams) for key activities/areas where potential resource constraints may risk successful delivery – including creative development, approval, localization & translation.
  • Ensures the International toolkits & core launch assets are updated & delivered in time for market rollout.
  • Drives effective & timely communication between the Omnipod 5 program team and the IMSE team – providing recommendations where any impacts on downstream plans.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • Additional European Language is an asset (French, German or Spanish)
  • Marketing asset approval process and project management systems experience (SmartSheet, Veeva) preferred

Education and Experience

  • Associates degree/or an equivalent combination of education or experience
  • Project management degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar professional setting required
     

Additional Information

  • The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person at one of our European Offices.
  • Travel may be required - depending on business needs.

(Remote/ Flexible): This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired)
