Job Description
What is the opportunity?
Lead data-driven transformation within RBC's Identity & Access Management function. As Director Identity Intelligence (Global Security), you'll bridge strategy and execution by translating complex IAM goals into measurable, actionable insights. You'll manage a portfolio of high-impact data initiatives that directly shape IAM's strategic direction and security posture. This role demands someone with both strong IAM domain expertise and project leadership capability - someone who can speak the language of both security architects and data scientists.
