Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Regional Coordinator to support IT Asset Management (ITAM) activities across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate tracking, provisioning, and lifecycle management of IT assets, while supporting operational efficiency and compliance.

You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and systems to ensure smooth day-to-day asset operations and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

IT Asset Management Operations

• Provide IT Asset Management services for assigned devices, components, and infrastructure
• Manage end-to-end asset lifecycle activities, including:
  • Asset transfers and custody tracking
  • Asset data capture and updates
  • Inventory tracking and capacity planning

Request & Provisioning Management

• Handle daily operational requests, including:
  • New hire provisioning requests (via Workday)
  • Advance Shipment Notifications (ASNs) from vendor reports (e.g., Dell)
  • Requests from ServiceNow and global functional mailboxes
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all incoming requests

Mobile Asset & Service Support

• Support mobile asset management activities, including:
  • Request tracking and usage monitoring
  • Incident handling and resolution

Reporting & Process Support

• Perform regular ITAM operational tasks (weekly, monthly, quarterly), such as:
  • Inventory audits
  • Service delivery reporting
  • Dashboard maintenance and updates
• Track and report key metrics, including:
  • Asset utilization
  • Costs and optimization opportunities

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Participate in operational and project meetings
• Work closely with IT, procurement, and support teams
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives

Asset Lifecycle & Financial Tracking

• Support procurement, budgeting, and cost tracking activities
• Ensure proper asset lifecycle management for client and mobile technologies

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical certification or Associate Degree is an advantage
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or a similar role
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Workday, or IT asset tracking systems is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and asset lifecycle
