Job Summary

    The Senior Analyst, Benefits & Wellness Analyst is responsible for team member wellness engagement along with program-related communication, training, events and initiatives for the organization and vendor management support. The role is also responsible for the analysis and program management of team members and healthcare professionals', benefits programs!

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for Wellness program promotion and ensure alignment with internal committees.
    • Coordinates and administers multiple wellness initiatives/projects and ensure timely delivery and communication based on internal policies.
    • Develops long-term wellness strategy to support enterprise goals and alignment with benefit strategy
    • Learn and utilize reports to gather and process the necessary information to successfully initiate and efficiently implement all coverages offered and provided to employees.
    • Leads benefit projects including annual open enrollment
    • Supports annual benefit strategy process
    • Analyze benefit data, create dashboards, research best practices, and benchmark surveys for strategic planning and evaluation.
    • Develops, conducts, and facilitates a variety of presentations to advise and educate management and team members about benefit plans.
    • Researches current benefit trends and regulatory/legislated requirements and recommends programs/changes.
    • Serves as the main point of contact for the HR Service Center (HRSC) and Benefits Team for sophisticated benefit questions.
    • Monitors, tests, and reports ongoing wellness portal efficacy and works with 3rd parties to improve the member experience.

    Key Skills

    • Demonstrated knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), employee benefit programs, including financial analysis and budgeting

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience

      Additional Experience

      • Required: 2-3 years Workday benefit experience, including benefit administration and carrier integration files
      • Relevant or equivalent experience, including customer service
      • Experience in benefits administration, including both policy management and bookkeeping/accounting functions
      • Experience in the delivery and coordination of corporate-based health promotion programs

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
      • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

        Pay Rate

        $82,000 - $97,500 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
