Job Responsibilities:
Focus on delivering dedicated, highly personalized services throughout the guest’s stay, ensuring all accommodation, dining, and itinerary needs are met with meticulous attention to detail
Provide the highest level of personalized service, including arranging transportation and reception, front desk services, luggage handling, concierge services, dining and entertainment arrangements, and making every effort to coordinate and fulfill each guest’s request
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude; demonstrate a high level of focus and attentiveness, strong adaptability in service approaches, effective crisis management and problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of all service criteria under the Forbes Travel Guide rating system
Respond to guest inquiries or complaints with strong communication skills, provide appropriate follow-up, and report matters to supervisors in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
Minimum of one year or above relevant customer service experience in a five-star hotel is required
Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
