Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Functional Lead to drive functional design, solutioning, and delivery across utility projects. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation and support of CC&B solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead functional requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders
Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Provide end-to-end solution design for CC&B modules (Billing, Customer Management, Metering, Payments, etc.)
Work closely with technical teams for configuration, customization, and integrations
Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions
Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities
Act as SME for CC&B functional areas and provide guidance to team members
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MDM, C2M, WAM, and integrations
Ensure quality deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Provide post-production support and continuous improvement recommendations


Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong functional expertise in Oracle Utilities CC&B
Hands-on experience in key modules:
o Customer Management
o Billing
o Payments
o Meter-to-Cash processes
Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Good understanding of utility domain (Electricity/Gas/Water)
Knowledge of integration with other Oracle Utilities products (MDM, C2M, etc.)
Experience in Agile / Waterfall delivery models
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience in CC&B implementations / upgrades / rollouts
Exposure to data migration and conversion
Knowledge of SQL and basic technical concepts
Experience working with onshore-offshore delivery model


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
