Responsibilities:

  • Assist Carpenters and Concrete Finishers and contribute to the successful execution of project tasks
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Support the setup and dismantling of concrete forms, ramps, and barricades
  • Operate basic hand and power tools
  • Ensure work site areas are clean and organized
  • Perform manual labour, including lifting, digging, and moving materials
  • Follow all Ledcor safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous 3+ years labourer experience in construction or a related field
  • Physically fit and able to lift materials and tools
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, good communication and ability to follow instructions
  • Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing

Work Conditions:

  • Project to commence in April 2025
  • Work schedule: 5 days on, and 7 days off plus statutory holidays off
  • Extended health benefits provided by CLAC
  • This is a local position—candidates must reside in the Greater Edmonton area. No camp accommodations or travel allowances provided
