This role serves as the execution and intelligence engine of our franchise growth function. It is responsible for driving partner expansion end-to-end; from sourcing and qualifying franchise prospects to onboarding and activating them, while continuously feeding actionable market insights back into strategy. Operating with a high degree of ownership, this person translates growth targets into clear, executable plans and ensures disciplined follow-through in the field.
