As KPI Analyst you will join a brand new and evolving team. For the past 4 to 5 years, BMI Group has undergone significant transformation across all functions. There is inherent KPI / PPI inconsistency, which has inhibited the understanding of performance and analysis of opportunities. As the KPI Analyst, you will support the strategic direction of BMI’s first KPI / PPI standardised catalogue. This role requires a professional with experience in Performance Management frameworks OKRs / OGSMs etc. ideally in the manufacturing sector.

What you will be responsible for:

KPI Development and Management:

  • Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks aligned with organisational goals working alongside Owners e.g. GPO’s & Tower Leads.

  • Regularly review and recommend KPIs to ensure they reflect current business priorities and market conditions.

  • Develop, maintain and publish a group-wide Data Dictionary (including KPI basis of measurement) leveraging SMART framework.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

  • Own dashboards and reports that communicate KPI performance to stakeholders whilst working with the BI Development Team to build them.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Continuously monitor KPI performance and alert relevant stakeholders of any significant deviations.

  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting KPI performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments to understand their KPI needs and provide analytical support for harvesting information in the interim.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss KPI findings and collaborate on performance improvement initiatives.

  • Results oriented in chasing real opportunities (free cash flow) and business value (increase sales) in driving operational effectiveness whilst pushing the business towards the overall goals of EBITDA growth.

Training and Support:

  • Train and support team members and stakeholders in understanding and utilising KPIs.

  • Provide expertise and guidance on KPI-related matters across the organisation.

About you:

  • At least 3+ years in a similar cross KPI Analyst roles.

  • Education in Business, Information Technology or related fields. 

  • Experience with KPI analysis & business intelligence.

  • Experience with BI & Analytical Tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

  • Background in construction or Manufacturing industries would be an advantage. 

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori would be an advantage.

  • Experience with Celonis Process Mining, Celonis Process Miner would be an advantage. 

  • Experience with Power BI or Qlik would be an advantage.

Salary ranges from 3,500 to  4,400 euros gross depending on your experience.
