The Associate Technical Support Engineer is responsible for delivering customer support and technical expertise for a range of products and services.
This role involves following detailed instructions and standardized procedures to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
The position exercises judgment when following instructions to complete assigned tasks and resolve minimal-complexity issues, while collaborating with internal teams.
Training and certifications, such as the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), will be provided to further develop technical knowledge and capabilities.

Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.
 

  • Respond to customer inquiries within the designated service-level agreements.
  • Follow standardized troubleshooting procedures to investigate and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service by delivering timely updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts by documenting solutions in the organization's knowledge base.
  • Participate in training and development programs, including preparation for industry certifications.
