Position Summary: The Senior Manager of Human Resources will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing a diverse team and driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Talent Management:

  • Support the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement effective onboarding and training programs to ensure successful integration of new hires.
  • Develop succession planning and career development programs to foster employee growth and retention.

Employee Relations:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive high performance and accountability.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and development plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.

HR Operations:

  • Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of HR services, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  • Implement and monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risk and promote a safe and compliant workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Human Resources certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
